Focus is extremely important, especially in the beginning until you get the hang of things

 Focus is so necessary as you are building an internet homebased business. Do the research as outlined on this website and find a field of interest that has a market waiting and find a way to fill that demand.

Do not allow yourself to jump from program to program! This will only weaken your possibility for success. If you come across ideas that are of interest to you, make notes. Keep notepad open and jot down notes as ideas come to you for future projects. Make good notes and include all that you need to remember and save these notes in a folder named future projects, or whatever you will easily remember.

Focus on the project at hand until you have it completed. Once it is completed you can move on to something else, but you must remain focused and give adequate time to promoting what you have already completed. Give your first project top priority and focus. Only work on a future project after you have devoted adequate time to the promotion of what you have completed.

You can then be working on two things at the same time, as long as you maintain a balance and don't get so excited about your new project that you neglect the first. This is about balance as so many things in life are.

A new website takes time to get moving, so don't get discouraged. Give it time. Retain your focus and be diligent about finding and implementing ways to promote it.
